Andresi, one of the heads behind Viziomag.com, chose and share the 40 awesome illustrations selection, based in the VIZIOMAG group @ flickr. This time he include Raveland’s “OMMMM! (Sweet ohm)” the last “Illuminated Robots series” artwork and once again Alex get blushed because this great honor, because that way he is now part of the list of great talented illustrators that use to collab with Viziomag art magazine… And that is just too cool!!

Production Process 4 of 5 ready… and only one left, any suggestion? try to guess what will be draw, which part of Raveland world will be showed!
This last design has revealed the influence of ancient mayan culture in our robot minds.

World wide web The latest series started with “Meet Raveland! (01/05)” a vector design composition with a “Urban” finishing, that will reflects the Jolly vibe around Raveland Robotics™.
This last work gets a “fairy” looks with the inclusion of some cool gnomes (and mushrooms) that take care of a classic Raveland Robotics™’ robot who lives in the middle of their little village… a really cute story behind!

Character Design Alex Raveland & Raveland Robotic™ feel proud because a new member of the robotic family has arrived: TB3003, “a surprising experience”, this lil’robo-worm and its crew comes to us from a small pencil sketch of the boss, and once Alex started nobody could stop him until the whole crew was finished… a 100% vector trace, just a final photo editing “upgrade” was needed.

Character Design The newest Raveland’s art-work “Alice OS 2.0 (I wish to be able to dream)” Alex Raveland.2009 / Raveland Robotics™ (based on an Alex Raveland’s pencil sketch) had been recently finished.
A new robot composition with a futuristic-fantasy theme: a robot seated in the middle of a forest wishing to find a way to dream, even when he is not even sure if he is a part of others dream. The body language of the main character was carefully developed.
A 100% vector character (Adobe Illustrator), final composition and some final details using Adobe Photoshop.
